Probate is the court process used to administer and distribute an estate for a person who died and left a will or had no estate plan whatsoever (intestate). While we encourage our clients to create and manage an estate plan during their lifetimes, some fail or have estates which are subject to challenge (as we see often in the entertainment industry).

At Schuster & Associates, we can fully administer your California and Massachusetts probate estates. If you require probate services in another jurisdiction, we can usually refer you to an attorney in the right area. Fees are usually set by law (statute) and vary upon the size of the estate.
